Chapter 17
Hi, I'm Chuck Oldman and welcome to the 2012 Season Finale of The Amber Odyssey. We're approaching the beginning of the 2013 Season and continuing the expansion of our Social Media Global Mind.
First, our heartfelt gratitude to the over a quarter of a million people who have listened to Amber in its entirety, the further two million who have listened to some part of it over the last eighteen months and the 95000 of you who have become subscribers.
Where I am it's the 28th of December, 2012. On this date in 2011, we had our worst day in history, with 38 listeners and readers. It's 16:20 here now, and the site has already had well over 38,000 visitors. It's an understatement to say we're grateful for every one of you.
Come New Year's Day, we'll be broadcasting the final three chapters of the first season, all 16 scenes worth, beginning with a Tweet stream as the New Year begins in Samoa. A new stream will begin every hour thereafter until it's 2013 everywhere on our Blue Planet. We'll keep you posted which streams you can follow over the weekend.
For those of you who will be participating as voice actors, welcome, we're already working with some of you, and we look forward to welcoming the rest of you as the new characters are introduced.
It's our hope that the Amber Odyssey will continue to be an attractor of those of you who want real change in this world through peaceful means.
