relief
Jack Redstone took advantage of Peter Stormer's open door, and knocked politely on the door frame.
"Dr. Stormer?"
"Hello, Dr. Redstone. Looking forward to being back on terra firma?" Stormer grinned, a rare event. "Sit, please, have some slivovika."
Redstone sat and took the shotglass he was offered. "Thank you. Have you been to see the Gvot community the last day or so?"
Stormer's glass stopped halfway to his mouth. In a low voice, he said "Nagas?"
Redstone sipped the brandy. "Alive and well, and fortunately free from the brig."
Stormer rubbed his eyes. "We feared him dead."
Redstone nodded soberly. "I imagine. I know where he is. Can you hide him?"
Stormer looked at him across the table. "We can bury him so deep he can live right under their noses."
Redstone tossed back the balance of the brandy. "You'll need to."
