chaindance mission theme (elephant trudge)
The ChainDance Mission Theme (Elephant Trudge) is effectively two 'dueling' synthesizers, one designed to sound close to the listener, the other to be distant. It models the lonely journey Hinson & Kurama must make into the unknown, separated from the main ship, possibly out of communications range, two heroes soon to be far from home, knowing not where, and with no reassurance they will survive.

The piece generated a revival of "Monty Python's Silly Walks" during rehearsals. It wasn't pretty.
We call the genre "Trudge".
